Do you offer customs and/or rental items?

Yes. We offer custom floor wrapping, rentals, Up lighting, mirrored seating charts, and projectors. Our rentals include Infinity chairs, specialty charger plates, luxury centerpieces, candelabras, and custom tables.

Can this location be used for a Ceremony & Reception?

If this is something you are interested in doing, our location can accommodate a ceremony and reception depending the amount of guest.

Do you offer any discounted rates?

Looking for a discounted rate. Try our weekdays and off season months. There are no discounts on our weekend days, wedding season, and also holidays. A venue specialist will be able to assist you with this. For more information on price, click here.

Do you have an onsite Wedding Planner and Coordinator?

We have a Coordinator on site. We have a list of Wedding Planners on our vendor list. We do suggest securing a coordinator at the minimum. Having a Planner and a Coordinator will assist with the many facets of planning your event. Just ask for our list.

Of course. Our specialist are available to answer questions through email, phone conversations, and mail to make sure that all the details are covered. We have a set list of vendors and services we can recommend also to assist with planning.

Do you assist out of state clients?

Do I have to use your vendor list or can I use my own?

No. Our vendor list are totally optional. You can definitely use your own vendors.

What type of tables and chairs are included with the venues?

We have beautiful chiavari chairs, regular folding chairs, and standard round tables.

How does wedding rehearsal work?

We can accommodate for Wedding rehearsal, Fashion Show rehearsal, and Rehearsal dinner. It is an additional $150 per hour.

What happens if my guest count exceeds the amount listed on my contract?

There will be an additional charge. The charge will be subtracted from the incidental fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once the date has been booked there are no refunds.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Cashapp, Cash, Check, and PayPal. If clients use PayPal please note that there is a 3.5% processing fee.

What amount holds my date?

The first payment is 50% of the total amount. This amount holds your date.

Can I bring my own Wedding Planner and Coordinator?

Absolutely. If you have a professional that you prefer or would like to assist you, they are more than welcomed.

How many guest can be seated at one table?

Six guest can be seated comfortably at one table. We have standard round 60” tables.

Will there be a charge if we went over our time?

Yes, it is $150 per hour.

How many hours are included in the rental price?

When you book our venue, you have 8 hours of venue time. This includes your setup and breakdown.

What happens if it rains on the day of my event?

That is perfectly fine. Our events are held on the inside. The rain will not affect your event.

Can we visit while another event is happening?

The venue manager will be giving personal attention to the current event taking place and unfortunately not be able to meet with you at that time. Please ask about an alternative time that we can give you undivided attention and focus on your details. Schedule a tour here.
